Flat Face Retro was born from the combination of three of our greatest passions: wrestling, video games, and collecting.
Ever since we can remember, we've always had a Nintendo console and a big rubber LJN figure of Big John Studd. For years, they were tucked away in storage. When we finally dug them out, it reignited our passion for collecting. From that moment on, we began expanding our collection, upgrading items, and selling our extras.
What started as a simple hobby has grown into a thriving passion: buying, selling, and trading retro video games and collectibles from all generations.
To make a purchase, simply add items to a quote list and send it directly to us. We will provide you with the best price, including your selected delivery option.
Alternatively, some items can be purchased directly from our eBay store. However, our complete inventory is available here on flatfaceretro.com, where all displayed items are in stock. Sold items are removed from the website daily.
We constantly update our product listings with photos. If you need additional pictures or more details about an item's condition before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to ask.
All prices for our products and services are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For local pickup or delivery, cash is preferred. For shipments, we accept Interac transfers or PayPal.
In the event of an error, the seller reserves the right to cancel any transaction.

We are located in the Montreal, QC area, but we do not have a physical store. Local Pickup & Delivery is available by appointment in the Montreal area. Please contact us directly or select your items and send a quote request.
We offer shipping anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or similar services. Shipping Costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the customer's location however the more you spend with us, the lower your shipping rates will be. Processing Time for orders is typically once or twice a week. All orders will include a tracking number. For smaller items, letter mail within Canada is available upon request. However, this option does not include tracking, so please let us know if you prefer this method.
Delivery Responsibility lies with the buyer to ensure their package is delivered to a safe location. Special Requests for delivery preferences or instructions should be communicated in advance.
Flat Face Retro is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
For returns or exchanges, please contact us. Returns or exchanges are possible within a set period after purchase. However, we reserve the right to deduct 15% of the item's value, in addition to shipping and return fees.
The condition of used games may vary. While most are in very good condition, all accessories, systems, consoles, and games are tested, and the condition will be noted on the item details.
New: May be sealed. Never used or opened. Factory sealed. May have rips in the seal.
Mint: Open box. Like new. Item lightly or never used. Fully operational. No creases in artwork or manual. No water damage. No stickers on manual, case, artwork, or item. No stains.
Great: Minor wear. Almost no scuffs or scratches. Item used but fully operational. May have creases in artwork or manual.
Good: Overall in good condition. Normal wear and tear. Minor scuffs and scratches. Item used but fully operational. May have creases in artwork or manual.
Used: Item used. Normal wear and tear. May have scuffs and scratches.
Used Acceptable: Item heavily used. Substantial wear and tear. May have cracks, scuffs, and scratches.
Used Equipment: Equipment used. Normal wear and tear. May have scuffs and scratches. Fully operational and functions as intended.
Used Acceptable Equipment: Equipment used. Substantial wear and tear. May have cracks, scuffs, and scratches. Fully operational and functions as intended.
Acceptable: Aesthetic wear and tear. May have substantial damage to item, label, insert, manual, case, or box.
Not Working: Equipment for parts, not working or untested. Sold as-is.
Poor: Item or items not working or untested. Sold as-is.
