When using direct checkout on the site, items will be shipped out with provided tracking information.
Though we're based in Laval, QC, we do not have a physical storefront. We offer local pickup and delivery. Please contact us directly or select your items and send a quote request.
We offer shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or similar services. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the customer's location however the more you spend with us, the lower your shipping rates will be. Processing Time for orders is typically once or twice a week. All orders will include a tracking number. For smaller items, letter mail within Canada is available upon request. However, this option does not include tracking, so please let us know if you prefer this method.
Delivery Responsibility lies with the buyer to ensure their package is delivered to a safe location. Special Requests for delivery preferences or instructions should be communicated in advance.
Flat Face Retro is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
